Millard Refrigeration

Scope: Construction of a new 150,000 square foot refrigeration facility that included structural excavation and grading of the building pad, installation footings and building walls. Installation of casting slabs and temp brace footings for concrete tilt panels as well as installation of site cast tilt panels. Placement of building S.O.G by use of laser screed and hand rod methods, installation of 1 mile of 24” tall interior curbing to protect insulated freezer panels. Installation of exterior concrete that included site curbs, retaining and planter walls, soli pads and all associated sidewalks.
