Safeway Milk Lab

Scope: Relocation of exiting lab to temp area, the selective demolition of demising walls to enlarge the existing lab, isolate the fire riser and overall facelift. This included the refinishing of existing metal cabinets with electro-static paint, demolition and replacement of existing ceiling, removal of wall coverings and skim coat of walls, installation of new lighting and P.A. system. Upgrade and balancing of existing HVAC, new cabinetry and counters in expanded area and new floor coverings and electrical through out the lab and upgrades to the fire suppression system. Work was performed in a manner to minimize impact on daily operations and complete from start to finish in (10) business days.
